"Fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage" - Training for Beginners

In detail we will learn:

* What is Conscious Touch * Preparation - masseuse warm-up * 63 exercises in the supine position for foot, hand, head and face massage * Abdominal massage (Hara) * Basic training in traditional Sen Lines (energy lines based on Traditional Thai Medicine and Yoga) * Basic physical stretches (Passive Stretching Yoga) * Joint mobilization * Indications and contraindications for massage protocols

After the end of the 1st level we will be familiar with approaching and observing another body and will know a kinetic vocabulary of Thai Yoga Massage positions for a 2 hour session.

After the end of the specific training, the participants will be able to continue to the 2nd level of the training which will take place in the spring of 2023.

To whom is it addressed? This specific training is aimed at beginners who wish to become professionals but also at already professionals in the field of massage (any massage technique) who want to expand their knowledge with the art of TYM (Thai Yoga Massage)

Certification The certification we provide, teaching and manual is in collaboration with ITM Thailand school, with whom we have been working for the past 5 years and is an internationally recognized certification by the Ministry of Health of Thailand.

Continuing Studies Upon completion of the 2nd level, those interested can continue their education in the specialization (Levels 3-4) and teaching (Levels 5-6) programs at the ITM Thailand school.

Language The course will be held in Greek with simultaneous translation into English if and when necessary. The manuals are in English.
