Gentle Yoga
individual lessons - in person & online

Yoga practices tailored for older adults and/or individuals with mild injuries or musculoskeletal issues. Each session is adapted to the unique needs of the individual, focusing on the feeling of "moving comfortably... so I can keep moving."
Special attention is given to breathwork, as it is directly connected to the nervous system and our psychological well-being. Respect for personal limits and emphasis on body awareness (how we stand, twist, bend, sit, etc.) are integral to every class.
This approach helps yoga extend into daily life, making it a tool to enhance overall quality of living.
