PILATES MAT classes are designed to fit the needs and level of each person. In small groups, there are variations of exercises for both beginners and advanced students. The main goal of the classes is to strengthen the body, properly activate and isolate specific muscle groups, and improve body awareness, balance, and posture.
We work with respect for our personal limits, exploring and touching them without exceeding them. The principles of anatomy, sequencing, and, above all, proper breathing guide each class.
