Flow Yoga

Breath, pause, movement flow, relaxation, meditation.

The aim is to cultivate a more regulated state of body/self.

This approach emphasizes awareness of the inner experience, moment by moment.

Movement flow is used to guide the mind into a state of flow — a state of presence,  as things continuously shift and change. Relaxation is guided through a body scan (a practice of bringing mindful attention to different parts of the body), offering deep rest and release of tension.

Each session closes with a 10-minute meditation, allowing space for silence and integration.

The level is open, and every body is welcome.
