Yoga Flow
at Tanzterrain Studio and at Loop Dance Lab
with Corina
A yoga practice on the mat is a metaphor for our life. The way we move, breathe, and perceive the "yes" and "no" of our body has something to reveal about us. The interpretation is personal—entirely our own. Whether our body whispers or speaks out loud, it holds our thoughts, emotions, desires, fears, and experiences. By giving it space, time, and breath, it can express itself more freely, and if we listen, we will undoubtedly benefit.
Flow Yoga practices are primarily dynamic. We find rhythm guided by our breath—movement can sometimes be gentler, sometimes more intense. The choice is ours. And we explore that too: the how and the why behind our choices.
Each session has a theme, which may be purely physical, a thought, a need, an emotion, or an event. You can decide whether to follow it or not. The flow of the class is methodical, grounded in the principles of sequencing, ensuring the body is well-prepared in all dimensions, no matter the direction it takes.
Respect for our limits, empathy, mindfulness, and kindness are concepts that emerge in every practice.
The class is of intermediate level; however, variations are provided for beginners as well as for more advanced students.
