Osho's Kundalini meditation is an embodied practice
that aims to restart and redirect the energy in the body.
It consists of four parts, of which the first two are kinetic (shaking & movement),
and concludes with two static ones (meditation & savasana).
Immersion in the ancient technique of shaking shakes the body and mind,
releases blocked energy and allows it space within the body's container.
Free movement helps to spontaneously express this energy.
Body language, comes to give shape to dynamic, to what is probably not being said, but wants to be heard.
This is followed by the concentration of thought in stillness,
observing the breath and the patterns that emerge on the surface.
The practice closes with a complete pause in Savasana,
where time is allowed for assimilation and metabolism of any findings.
This session is open to all,
regardless of previous experience in movement or meditation techniques.
