We start right where we are

and meet at the center

We do not have to go far

We do not even have to go

We need to come

In our body

In our house

again and again.

It is time. It is now.

Συλλογικότητα

Collective

Collective is for us a group of individuals

who work together and equally towards a common project,

with fundamental values

active participation,

inclusiveness

and the partnership,

in a dominant environment

the responsibility, the care

and the space for everyone's expression.

Our way of working

based on 3 main "toolkits":

- participatory leadership

- non-violent communication

- embodied practices

This structure is vital to us.

It allows us to practically facilitate the way we coexist,

we decide and act, to develop as equals,

to respect and make a good use on

every authentic expression of our diversity.

Our vision is coexistence and networking

in a framework of mutual empowerment and action

with Embodiment at its core,

the connection with the experience,

the now

the body and the other.

We welcome imagination and humor

as the magical ingredients of realizing our goals.

The routes infinite and personal.

The landscapes varied.

The place is common.

Ενσωμάτωση

Embodiment

For us, Embodiment is contact

with our material, emotional, mental, and spiritual condition.

The connection is

inherent universal human need, right and power.

The body is the entrance to what is now happening

and knows how to move towards what needs to happen.

Seeing my body as "me"

and not "this"

a simple question

like "how am I now?"

can be opened

the gateway to the present moment.

Εγω - Οχι Αυτόnocolor.png

Can I participate in the world,

without forgetting me?

I can focus on myself,

without isolating myself from the world?

Among the embedding practices we use as Embodiment Collective, the fundamental ones are:

Focusing attention (mindfulness, meditation)

Yoga

Conscious movement and dance

Tactile practices (hands-on bodywork: thai yoga massage,

biodynamic craniosacral, visceral massage, etc.)

Physical therapy

Breathwork

Movement and theatrical improvisation practices

Creative writing and play
